Festive adverts are BACK!

It’s that time of year again when top retailers release their much anticipated Christmas adverts. Love it or hate it…Christmas is now officially on it’s way!

2016 has seen some great themes, from bouncing animals and a talking carrot named Kevin, to the big secret Mrs Claus has been keeping from us (and santa himself!). If you’ve not managed to catch a view of them all yet, we’ve picked out our top five below so you can decide which is your favourite.


Marks and Spencer introduces Mrs Claus who is quite the remarkable female. Half of the world’s best-loved power couple, she’s bringing a Christmas filled with love in 2016! #LoveMrsClaus


Waitrose lets us follow Robin’s journey, fighting through dark forests, driving rain, clapping thunder and flashing lightning. Across frozen wastes, huge mountains and stormy seas he flies. And all while he is dreaming of home. But will he ever get there? #HomeForChristmas


Aldi brings us a magical and tasty retelling of The Night Before Christmas. The advert follows Kevin, the small carrot on his seasonal adventure as he joins Santa Claus on his sleigh. #KevinTheCarrot


Sainsbury’s Christmas advert tells the heart-warming story of Dave. He’s a hard-working and devoted Dad, who comes up with an ingenious plan to make sure he can spend more time with his family at Christmas. #ChristmasIsForSharing


Asda has collection of clips that highlight those special moments during the most wonderful time of the year. With a family in matching elf pyjamas, dogs with antlers and a house packed full of people, there’s sure to be one that we can all relate to! #ChristmasMadeBetter
