You may have already taken part in our Donor Survey – more than 8,000 people already have! We are taking the Survey onto the next level and so have teamed up with Workplace Giving to encourage large businesses to get involved and rethink the way they facilitate giving in the workplace.
Does your charity have a link to a major employer or organisation, where finding out about their employees’ thoughts on workplace giving could benefit everyone?
The Give as you Live Donor Survey is already the largest survey of online giving habits ever undertaken in the UK but we want to go bigger to learn more to help benefit employers and employees. With a few additional questions, we can give employees a chance to say what they think about their own company’s charitable giving and which schemes they would like to get involved with in the workplace. Plus, one entrant will be chosen at random to win a £5,000 to the charity of their choice – why not make it your charity?
We know there are many opportunities to bring together large companies, their employees and local relevant charities like your own together:
- 52% claim their employer does not have an official charity of the year
- 43% of workers think their employer should be doing more to help charity and the local community.*
We really want to help organisations find out what their own employees would like to see happen – support for volunteer work, payroll giving or working with a nominated charity. The online survey is confidential, takes just a few minutes and company results can be compared with the national average.
