Some offer services at either greatly reduced prices or free of charge exclusively for our charities. Our services covers any kind of print from leaflets to brochures to direct mail and point of sale.
If you want to buy your print in volume to achieve the best possible rates we can now store your print for you in one of our warehouses for free. We have negotiated free warehousing exclusively for our charity customers.
We have introduced for 2015 a new rebate scheme, this is on top of the best market rates we already achieve. The rebate comes from our paper merchants. Because of our buying power it means that we will receive a 3% rebate on every order which we will return to each charity in full. Every job we manage qualifies for this no matter how big or small.
The best postage rates in the UK
We have also launched our new postage service which is only available from Give as you Live. This new platform uses a sophisticated software system to profile your postcode data and in turn recover discounts not previously available. It guarantees to delivery savings for you who ever you currently use to mail your post. Advice on VAT – the rules are changing
There are also some important changes in the charging of VAT on postage coming into force on the 2nd April this year. The changes will be robustly enforced by HMRC so it’s really important you understand the implications. It is possible you may need to pay VAT on you postage from then if you don’t have the necessary arrangements in place. Give as you Live has been preparing for these changes for some time and can help you ensure you don’t pay unnecessary VAT and that you are compliant with the new rules.
