There are few better experiences for a parent than watching your child’s face light up when they come face to face with characters from their favourite TV shows. That is just one of the reasons why the Day Out With Thomas events held across the country are perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
It is not just a day out for the summer months, either, as the fun-filled events are held in the autumn and winter as well. What better way to spend a crisp November day than by making your child’s dreams come true? If you choose to visit in the run-up to Christmas, however, just make sure you are ready to put even more Thomas goodies on your son or daughter’s list for Santa, including the Fisher-Price Thomas & Friends All Around Sodor Interactive Train Set.
In October, there are events at the Llangollen Railway on the 25th and 26th and the Spa Valley Railway on the 11th, 12th, 18th and 19th. November sees events at the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway on the 8th and at KLR Clayton West on the 15th and 16th. Santa joins Thomas for some festive fun at Quainton on dates in November and December and will also be at Didcot on November 29th and 30th, as well as on December 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st.
This train certainly has plenty of stamina, as Thomas will also be at Chappel & Wakes Colne Station on November 30th and December 7th, 14th and 21st. To find out more or to book tickets online, go to dayoutwiththomas.co.uk.
