Love Coffee? 6 Things You NEED To Know

A couple of points here. Firstly, it takes 140 litres of water to grow, process and then make a single cup of coffee. That's the equivalent of 2-and-a-bit showers. Secondly, despite the hype of your office 'free from' advocate, coffee doesn't dehydrate you at all, so drink up!
