What communication channels have you used to promote Give as you Live? IT Schools Africa regularly promote Give as you Live through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and by sending emails to those who already support us in other ways.

What Give as you Live resources have you used to promote it to your supporters? We use the email footers provided by GAYL as well as the seasonal campaigns – we especially liked the Facebook and Twitter photos for the Christmas 2015 campaign!

Do you think other education charities would benefit from fundraising through Give as you Live? Yes. It is a great way to raise free donations, you get out what you put in to it.

What have the funds raised so far helped you to pay for? The funds raised through Give as you Live help us with the shipping costs of sending IT equipment to our African programmes.

What is your goal with Give as you Live going forward? Our goal for 2016 is to reach 100 supporters and £1000 in donations. Looking to the future we hope that these figures will increase year on year as online shopping gains even more popularity.

“Give as you Live is a great way to raise free donations, it is so simple to set up and actually very rewarding when you see the amount you have raised for charity increase.” – Beth Swarbrick
