Style Watch: Print and Pattern. My top 5 picks through Give as you Live

It all started with a tweet from @mywardrobe that got me pondering over the latest fashion trends. “So what do you think of wearing different prints within the same outfit? Do we love or loath print clashing?”

To which I immediately replied @mywardrobe Print clashing is a no no for me. See anyone doing it —> call the fashion police.”

After this I got thinking about fashion and how lots of people will have had the same reaction as moi. Patterns and prints are on trend at the moment and my AW wardrobe will include a few of these, although as a rule I will never wear them with one another. Here are my top 5 patterned picks which I have selected from Give as you Live retailers:

1. Animal Print Tunic
This tunic is from Alice by Temperley and is available from my-wardrobe.com. Luxury leopard is top of the list if must-have items for the new season. At £245 it is quite pricey but on the upside my-wardrobe.com will donate 6% of this to the charity of your choice, so buying this could = your good deed of the day!
2. Lily pleated pencil dress
I love the pretty print on this dress, it’s quite girly and the high neckline makes it wearable for various different occasions. You can buy it from New Look online and raise up to 3.5% for your favourite charity.
3. Neutral colour block dress
Dorothy Perkins have this print jumper dress available as an online exclusive. I love the graphic print in the neutral shades, perfect with leggings and winter boots! Dorothy Perkins will donate up to 2.5% to your favourite cause.
4. Love heart print knit cardigan
Heart printed clothing is everywhere at the moment. This cardigan in cream and black can be a smart choice for the office, or paired with jeans for the weekend. Buy it now from Dressrail and they will donate up to 6% through Give as you Live.
5. Deer print pussy-bow blouse
Deer print, it’s like marmite, your either going to love or hate those cute little deers and hearts all over that blouse you’ve spotted. Well I love them. They’re girly and make this tan blouse interesting to wear, this one’s from House of Fraser, who if you buy from, will donate up to 2.5% to the charity of your choice.
