One of the most popular New Year resolutions is to get fit…but that is easier said than done after the relaxation of Christmas.
Habit is what keeps you going, so set a couple of days aside to do some exercise to start with.
Remember not to exert yourself at the start if you haven’t exercised in a while as that will set you back.
Start with something light and build yourself up as the weeks progress. Join a gym, others may run around your local park or you can even get fit in your own living room with workout DVDs.
