Cyber Monday and Black Friday aside, last year’s peak festive shopping days were Tuesday the 2nd(the day after Cyber Monday), Monday 8th and Monday 15th December.
Give as you Live analysed the behaviours of more than 30,000 active users shopping at over 4,000 retailers during November and December in 2014 and 2013.
Give as you Live found that the majority of sales were being made at 5pm during these months, whereas the average order value is highest at 2pm, suggesting that most shoppers make their priciest purchases in the middle of the day.

From our analysis of Christmas shopping statistics over the past two years, shoppers are most productive with their online festive purchases straight after the weekend.”
