  1. Give as you Live’s Christmas Competition begins on 3rd November 2025 at 00:00:01 and ends on 9th November 2025 at 23:59:59.
  2. The competition is hosted by Give as you Live Ltd, 13 Timothy’s Bridge Road, Stratford, Warwickshire, CV37 9NP.
  3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Give as you Live and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
  4. The prize is 1 x £150 donation for your supported charity.
  5. The route to entry for the competition is by shopping via your Give as you Live Online account, and raising a donation at a Give as you Live Online partner store.
  6. There is one prize available. The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified via email within 10 days of competition end date.
  7. This is a member exclusive competition and is open to Give as you Live Online members who have signed up on any date prior to the competition end date.
  8. Competition is promoted via Give as you Live social media channels, Give as you Live Ltd direct communications, and by partner charities.
  9. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  11. Give as you Live reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  12. Give as you Live is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
  13. Give as you Live's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  16. The winner's name will be available for up to 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: amylee@giveasyoulive.com
