Christmas Food Shop Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. Give as you Live's Christmas Food Shop Competition begins on 17th October 2026 at 00:00:01 and ends on 15th November 2026 at 23:59:59.
  2. The competition is hosted by Give as you Live Ltd, 13 Timothy's Bridge Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9NP.
  3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over, except employees of Give as you Live, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
  4. There are three £200 supermarket vouchers available to be won. Each winner will receive one £200 voucher and can choose from the following options: Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco, ASDA, Iceland or M&S.
  5. This competition is available by invitation only. To be eligible, members must have been invited to participate via email from Give as you Live.
  6. To enter, eligible members must shop via their Give as you Live Online account and raise a donation from an eligible Food & Drink retailer between 17th October and 15th November 2026.
  7. Eligible members will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they complete a qualifying shop that raises a donation during the competition period.
  8. Three winners will be selected at random after the competition closes. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
  9. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, Give as you Live reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to technical issues, retailer tracking issues or any other circumstances outside Give as you Live's reasonable control.
  11. Give as you Live reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions where circumstances outside the promoter's reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.
  12. Give as you Live is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to entrants by any third party.
  13. Give as you Live's decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final.
  14. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  16. The winners' names will be available for up to 28 days after the closing date by emailing amylee@giveasyoulive.com
