Christmas Supermarket adverts from 2015

It’s that time of year again were the Supermarkets have released their Christmas Adverts to get us into the festive spirit a month before that important date!

The new TV ad ‪#‎becauseitschristmas‬ celebrates all the fun things about Christmas you all enjoy! There’s ice-skating snowmen, dads drinking in the kitchen, snogging at the Christmas party and snoozing on the sofa are all shown in the advert, The festive TV ad also features a brand new song called ‘Sax’, by former X Factor contestant Fleur East.

The new TV ad #MakesChristmas shows us all the exciting things we all do leading up to the special event, also the 60-advert features an incongruous, but upbeat, soundtrack: the 1948 jazz song Everybody Eats When they Come to my House by Cab Calloway.

The new TV ad #MogtheCat aired and showed us Mog the forgetful cat, which author Judith Kerr has brought to life for this year’s Sainsbury’s advert. The new book, Mog’s Christmas Calamity, is on sale exclusively in Sainsbury’s stores for £3 alongside a £10 soft toy and profits from both items going to Save the Children’s work to improve child literacy in the UK.

The new TV ad #MakeitMagical features the staff including the butchers, bakers, greengrocers and fishmonger and how they will help deliver a “magical Christmas”.
