Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred | Really feel the burn as you get to grips with one of America’s top exercise guru’s 3-2-1 Interval System. Burn calories, tone abs and improve core strength as you progress through three stages of 20-minute workouts. This isn’t one for the faint-hearted, but it is at the top of the fitness charts at the moment, which has to mean it either works or it will look great sitting on your DVD shelf.

Davina – Fit in 15 | This one has been out for a year now, but it’s still right up there at the top of the table. It’s the usual mix of Energizer bunny action that you get with every Davina DVD, but if you find the smiley TV presenter just a tad grating after a while, it’s all right because each workout is only 15 minutes long.

Vicky Pattison – 7 Day Slim | This video won’t guarantee that you look as good as the Geordie Shore star host at the end of a week, but it is known to produce good results and be fun to do.
